The NEUcrest NTC is in charge to validate the ESR recruitment, and assess their progress in research and career development, by reviewing their personal and career development projects and their scientific and transverse skill presentations at network meetings. The committee arranges a mentoring system for fellows, involving mentors of partner institutes, provide advice to both fellows and their supervisors. It also organizes training sessions during the network meetings.
